A family trip with young kids and elders is not the easiest with surprises. But booking Jia’s vehicle let me not to worry about big part of the trip. Communicating with Jia was always prompt and easy which let the pickup and drop off very smooth. Jia’s brand new VW Atlas served 7 of us (5 adults + 1 kid on a booster + 1 toddler on a car seat) very well.
